Current Feedback Oscillator

This circuit is oscillating in SPICE at the frequency of 1 kHz.  The initial voltage across the capacitance of 10 mV was assigned to simulate the oscillations in time domain. How to push it to oscillate in Everycircuit? 
P.S. Sorry for the mistake in the initial schematic. It Is corrected.

Set simulation speed to at most 1 ms/s and shake it!

Thank you Igor. Instead of shaking, there is another way to start oscillations: I inserted voltage source. Switch it off and oscillations begin.
