Генератор линейно изменяющегося напряжения. Источник напряжения и кнопка нужны для запуска генератора. На практике в них нет необходимости, так как запуск обеспечивается тепловой флуктуацией зарядов, то есть напряжение на прямом входе первого ОУ не будет равно нулю.
