LED serial vs parallel connection

LED chip needs a constant current for their power supply.
LEDs can have various differences, it is better to use a serial connection of the LEDs.

Here is an example for connection Three-chip LEDs in the housing 5050 SMD. The difference between the voltage chips is only 0.01V !!!
