Reversing motor control contactor

Relays emulate an industrial motor control contactor with interlocking motor reversing. 2 NO pushbuttons, one on top starts motor in reverse, bottom starts motor in forward. Relays have "memory" so motor keeps running until NC stop button is pressed. LEDs show direction, green - forward, red - reverse.

Better than good. Very nice. I would suggest a timer on the control to continue interlock while the motor de-accelerates. Usually motors are not loaded to 75 percent, these de-acceleration times are short. I simulate with less than 10 percent with higher amperage. In a/c motors the starting current is %500 to $1400. I don't know about dc motors though. Google says %50 percent loaded for dc is most efficient.

I suggest to add a capacitor in parallel to the motor, because in real life the relays are not instantaneous
