True if pairs have 1. Pairs: 1-4 . 2-5 . 3 - 6

Ah ha, I see it now- thanks @saffs. Although testing those pairs I see the truth table is a little more complex: output is true if any of the three pairs, in any combination, individually have matching inputs. High or low it doesn't matter- if the inputs match on at least one of the pairs, resulting output goes high. Interesting circuit! Bookmarked..

Input 1,2,3 is the 1st and 4,5,6 is the 2nd binary number
