Feed Pet While Away

SPST above 6 volt battery is timer control for animal's normal feed time. Bottom is feed pan. Motor is to lift light plywood sliding door (shown as two vertical switches below motor). Motor cut off switch when door is lifted is not shown to simplify drawing. Unconnected ohm meters is the dry food that slides down the 45 degree bottom of feed bin (slope represented by connected ground connections) when door is pulled up. Mechanical wind up alarm clock could be mounted and used to wind up string and lift door. Spring pull with melting wire, drop of weight, set off mouse trap to pull feed door up, or smart phone control over Internet control, or your personal trigger trip system to feed your animal while you are away is your choice.
