- when you turn poten to the right, the left current can't go ground bc the resistor is too high, it go to left BJt's base pin turn the left led on. On the other hand, the right current go ground quickly bc the resistor to ground is lower than right BJT's base pin then the right led is off.
- same principle when you turn poten to the left.
