it doesnt goes to 99 when you press down at 00. its something about the logical compennts. check mine: http://everycircuit.com/circuit/5128636233416704

Yes, once I had completed it to this stage, I couldnt be bothered adding in the neccessary gates as that would have required a whole re-design
