Cool AND gate. It really would be a NOR gate, because it takes 2 negatives, instead of 2 positives. It would take 2 NPN transistors not 2 PNP transistors to make a AND gate6 generally. It is shorting to "off" when it's negative, which is the opposite of you would think. For some reason the PNP transistors are working when it is a positive. It's the opposite of what you would think.

I find logic source buttons a bit confusing sometimes......I prefer to use d.c. inputs instead if I can be bothered because they show me what is happening better. For instance: you could get rid of both source buttons here and just replace each with a small resistor and switch down to earth....no source is needed anywhere. That would show you that you have a NOR circuit.
