SOLAR TRACKER

Solar tracker, working progress......... The purpose is to position a solar array in best sun exposure angle to maximize output........... The pots are taking the place of photocells............ the photocells are to be at same angle as solar array and facing the sun, and separated by a small wall, the wall serves the purpose of shading the photocell when the sun moves out of alignment and therefore that shaded side will increase input to the comparator and the comparator will turn the mosfets on to turn the motor on.........when the sun comes into alignment the photocell will decrease signal to the comparator and the comparator will go low stopping the motor. If the array is driven to far the other photocell will signal it's comparator and the comparator will turn the motor in the reverse direction to achieve proper alignment. The back to back ground symbols top center represent the photocells separation wall. The inverters prevent the comparators from driving the H bridge forward and reverse at the same time. Operating the pots only one pot can be over 50% the other should be 50% or less Red led indicates forward............. Blue led indicates reverse..... Yellow led indicates comparator fwd out Purple led indicates comparator rev out....
