Auto battery 12V voltage indicator. You can use LM393 or LM358.
Low voltage (11.5V and downward) - RED led
Normal voltage (11.6-13V) - GREEN led
High voltage (13.1V and more) - YELLOW led

dont forget the opamp output configuration which should be similar to an unsymmetric supply of about 12V. If you do so, you need to lower the LED resistors to about 500Ohm.
