If you want the led to stay on longer, put the resistor between the cathode of the led and ground.

Good job. What you made is actually a delay circuit. The resistor limits the current at 60mA and the capacitor is very high value and will take 20s to charge. So you effectively delay the output by 20s. One more thing the 28.6ohm resistor is too low. Increase it to 330ohm.

200s excuse me. The delay is around 3 minutes and a half.
