This circuit is supposed to be an astable multivibrator using op amp as Schmidt trigger with capacitor to charge and discharge.

Diodes cause here convergence problems. Also the 1:3 positive feedback might be critical. However, check this http://everycircuit.com/circuit/4816243043598336
