Now it can self-oscillating!!!
9 stages ,one inverter and a vbias, change the voltage to change frequency!

Its working fine, but don't get me wrong its nothing new to whats already in here and a little description would be nice as well instead of confronting beginners 36 mosfets. Anyway, keep on designing
