I finally got around to modeling this voltage controlled capacitance, which might be a neat addition to some oscillator circuits. Since EveryCircuit doesn't vary a diodes junction capacitance with different voltages applied to it, there was no way of simulation dynamically controlled capacitors (at least that I know of) yet.
Placing a diode in parallel to the gyrator's input and then setting its junction capacitance to 0 makes the varicap.
This is still a work in progress and I'm looking to implement its control function so that the diode parameters Cj0, M and Vbi can properly be set to resemble actual diodes, varicaps.
