R1 & R2 should be greater than 1k, decrease C1 by ^10, increase R1 & R2 by ^10. Led current should be 20mA adjust resistors to suit. C2 is not necessary, delete. Tidy up circuit. http://everycircuit.com/circuit/6396244819968000
