Full binary adder

Top switch is carry in...others are inputs....left lamp is carry out...enjoy it

It's a full adder yes, but I don't think your description is accurate. Your 3 switches are 3 inputs- there is no carry in/out. Manipulate the switches in any order, and the lamps show the count in binary. Like this: left lamp off, right lamp on= 1 left lamp on, right lamp off =2 left lamp on, right lamp on = 3

U r right..problem is with this app..it doesnot allow to add text...we can only demonstrate the inputs with switch and output with lamp/led

Yeah, simulators will differ- we just have to adapt. Plenty of users here to offer help if you have any questions. There's no text in the workspace but you have all the room you need in "Description" to explain anything about your circuit- how it works, what you intend others to see etc..

Yes switches are the most common input representation used, and lamps/LEDs give us that "right now!" satisfaction of seeing a successful circuit. But I've seen some users come up with some pretty clever alternatives. You've got to out-think your component!..
