Wait intil the blue goes to around 440 volts, then push the flash N.O. button, It spikes to around 400kv(400,000 volts). Every time you trigger the button you have to wait longer to push it again.

Volte, you have to learn not to undersample your circuits, Take your time and run the simulation at a speed you can see nicely a rectangular wavedhape at 555 output, which is in this case at around 500us/s (factor 1000! slower then now) otherwise you get chaotic wrong results.
