Black Mirror Timer

I broke the ocilloscope. 🕳️ This timer circuit seems to break the ocilloscope display screen. After a few seconds it's energy grows exponentially but instead of a solution error or app crash. It simply locks the current flow and "alters" the background of the ocilloscope's display screen and readings. Then the circuit seems to entirely lock up with only the switch and lights working with no visual current flow through the lines or readings in the display. 😏 Has anyone else experienced or heard of this issue before? Is it something to do with feedback loop circuits, timer circuits or something else? 🤔 Any help would be much appreciated 👽

I have seen this with the 555 when the control and output are connected together and the output voltage is suddenly higher than vcc. Some code us missing in the Spice model of this component 🤣🤣
