The motor is configured for 6v and the circuit is only supplying 145mv. It would need probably around 110vdc to get the motor running with this setup

With these resistor values it would take 110v to start the motor

Not sure how you came to that conclusion? I wound it up to 1kV and there is still about 145mV across the motor. I haven’t bothered to examine the circuit (yet), just observation.

Not that you were proposing this as a way forward but the motor voltage steadily increases and after a few minutes is already 3 times the motor’s rated working voltage, ... and rising.

Yea probably components up in smoke before the first rotation.
