Try to add another 8uF cap before inductor, to create p-greek filter and reduce ripple

Typically a 5H-10H inductor is used, and it's dampened with series resistance. Yours isn't, and it's ringing

8uF were an expensive and big object. So placing them as much you like wasn't possible.
