Well this is a buck converter, not a very good one, I want your help so that I can get the load "lamp" to always receive current and never power down while doing this at maximum efficiency. 
This circuit is composed of three parts, first the converter at the top, and the controller which controls the transistor, and the sawtooth generator which delivers a triangular wave into the comparator of the controller.
