Boost converter 5vdc to symetrical 15vdc

Transformer : 10 turns primary coil and 20 turns secondary coil for 1:2 ratio. Add two 15v zener is output for stabilize the 15 volt PS: Change the turn of secondary coil for accelerate the process ;)
