1-3 7-segment 8 display

It decodes from 1-3 from the output of a 3-bit shift register(my last circuit-"One at a time Up Shift register"). The enable data is the left switch(ORANGE LED). Look down one circuit "hopefully", it's output is the input for this circuit.
