555 touch switch, published by radio shack in the early 80. Touch pin 2 to toggle on or off the Circuit. The cap between pin 7-6 & ground may need to be between 0.1uf & 10uf , so try till the circuit respond to your touch.
If the circuit works sometimes place a ground next to the pin 2 touch point, place finger across both at the same time.
