Take out the 500k ohm resistor, and the transistor on the left side. Then take out the 200 ohm resistor(the right transistor doesn't need to go to ground/negative source) it can float as the transistor is a diode. The purpose of a "OR" gate is to split the outputs so there is diodes in parallel so it works when only one input is a "1".
