I have built and tested this circuit. It works!
It incorporates a level shifter stage, an inverter and a totem pole drive stage. The input signal is not inverted at the output. It enables first turn on and turn off of MOSFET and has applicable in fast switching circuits in the kHz range. I used it in my pure sine inverter push pull topology. Thanks
