Good but a better circuit could be; http://everycircuit.com/circuit/6159991684464640 If the relay is a multipole or has an aux contact, only one relay would be required. More circuitry would be required for a reversible control.

@BillyT, you know what NMC is? Nicel Metall Cobalt a kind of accumulator with lithium, doesn't look so .... A company?

@hurz, I thought I did, so I googled it to make sure, not what you quoted. Nmc-relays come in auto and manual and basically are in power change over and power backup systems.
