Where does the circuit go wrong, Right from the start, 120 Vrms is170 Vpeak. Don't adjust transformer specifications for unrealistic expectations, also with the increase of input voltage the primary ratio needs to be increased a bit. The the first two capacitors would limit the output current, take them out. Having an earth on the bridge diodes and the final load shorts out half the circuitry, get rid of one, the second lot of 4 diodes is superfluous, get rid of them. The same with the output filter components, get rid of one of the input filter capacitors and the negative rail choke. Finally tune the output filter for 60 Hz.
