Remove the bottom switch. It is shorting out points that are already connected together since they are all ground.

You have a 6V working motor. As you are using a current source the voltage across the motor increases to many times more than this so the motor will not last long.

Also, I’m not sure why you’ve chosen to have each led consume nearly 2A but that is very wasteful?

I got what you sayed. This is kinda skech for bigger model that i want to make this kind with 10 leds with much more accurate numbers up to 8krpms but i couldn't figure where i was rong before . I will change for 1 12 v bat for the whole leds and make more realistic motor
