12kOhms feedback resistor should be able to sustain the oscillations @ 1/(2*pi*sqrt(3)*RC) where R = 1kOhms. For finite-gain opamp, the feedback resistance should be slightly higher than 12kOhms. You can vary the feedback POT's value while the transient is running to see the variations in the frequency.
