There are many problems with this circuit.

The logic is 5V, you have 9V inputs to it. You need a current limiting resistor for the LED. You have outputs of three gates joined together - what happens when their output levels differ?

Finally, you need pull down resistors on your three inputs since when the switches are open the logic inputs levels are indeterminate since the inputs are floating.
