NO switches and LED connected to them represent space on pcb to insert loose LEDs to test.

Leds in this app are all configured at 20ma and 2v. In real life they are all configured differently by color size... In your circuit following Ohms law_ _ _ _ 3.7v(Voltage) - 2v(led volts)= 1.7v ÷ 20ma(led amperage) = 85 ohms. Also each led should be protected by its' own current limiting resistor. Otherwise short life for led. Hope this helps.
