Entirely made with transistors. 13V stable power supply. The high voltage transistor controls the output voltage. The second controls the flow of output voltage. If the tension get lower than 13V, the base of the second will flow more tension in the first, increasing the output voltage. Otherwise, if the output get higher, the base of the second will interrupt the zener tension in the base of the first, getting the output tension to lower.
