Both of you use the 470kOhm. Lets think about its function if its needed or not. If yes, why? I think this is an interessting question.

this resistor should be useful to limits current to the clamping diodes placed at the gate, is not?

yes, and as long the diodes are missing its usless. But with diodes it will cause a change of behaviour, frequency.
