Hand drill motor with reduction gearing is key to turning antenna at low speed and being able to hold antenna in place in high winds.  Hand drill spins the small gear and larger gear turns antenna array.

Close left two switches to rotate antenna one way.  Open switches when antenna is pointing correct direction.  Close antenna right two switches to rotate opposite direction.  Open switches when antenna is pointing correct direction.
