This is an well known circuit.
But it seems that the app can't simulate this.
How should I make it run?

You need to add a power source

Shake phone to add noise to circuit and you will notice it is generating a waveform. not sure if it is what you had in mind.

Actually I was taking that ”shaking phone” kinda joke.. Then I got serious about that.

If your on pc then you would need to add a power source and a switch to induce some noise. Then turn the switch off so that power source can't interfere.
