It works IRL BUT not here in EC. I push the button on for a couple sec and the capacitors are charged I connect the red and blue to 2 grids of thin copper wire close but without connection. So when a mouse stand on both grids it gets electrocuted. CAN anyone tell me why it doesn't work in EC as it does IRL?

It looks like it is working (apart from that it keeps crashing, probably from the ridiculously huge capacitors). You either want to put a voltmeter across the grids or move the ground to one of them. At the moment it looks like the voltage across them is increasing (slowly as the caps are huge) but you need to look at the difference between the lines not their values.

Just a thought, did you mean for the caps to be 300 millifarads (mF) or microfarads (uF)?

It's written on the caps "300MFD and 450volt..

Confusingly MFD is actually microfarads (uF). You can actually get 300millifarad super capacitors now, but the voltage tends to be low and/or it's the size of a car battery, to avoid confusion they normally label them as 0.3F.

mlira: Thanks 😊 that cleared out difficultys that i have wondered about...
