Its not a wien bridge. Its a phase shifting oscillator over 3 stages. Which cause a problem. All 3 together have to give you 180degree phase shift, each 60. But yours give just about 55. Add one more and place an AC source to see if it is working. Also you have to change all values to get again 1kHz. Keep it up.
