Air conditioner thermostat on 2 Operational Amplifiers and RS- trigger. 2 thresholds blue and red define the hysteresis zone. We change the thermistor 2kOhm - the light is on / off. 

Термостат кондиционера на 2-х Операционных Усилителях и RS- триггере. 2 порога синий и красный определяют зону гистерезиса. Меняем терморезистор 2кОм- лампочка горит/не горит.

There is a problem, your first comperator does nothing, only the second one switches the lamp. Have a look at a Schmitt Trigger instead.
