Aww, c'mon Daniel- you almost had it! You got a CMOS NOR gate operational but what's up with that indicator LED? 1V•5mA? Nah, don't do it like that! Make it a default value LED, give it a proper current limiter and then, you'll be all shiny and golden and the LED will work great and the rest of the circuit will work great and then you can only feel great about it cuz thats just kinda how it works- isn't it great? Go ahead and give it a shot- you can do it!..

Oh great- sorry dude I saw your NOT gate and I realized that a current limiter isn't the issue. The output from these cmos buggers just aint what it should be huh? How do we fix that, bore out the channel width or something?..

It should be better now that I have tweaked the PMOS a bit and added a resistor
