Shake to flash of variable delay

Change the base resistance to change the delay. ( best try 10 ohm and 10k ohm ). Variable resistor in EC couldn't provide such huge range.

A 10K pot can go to 1% wiper position, which is 100 ohms. That's not good enough? You need 10 ohms and then your circuit will work perfectly right?

10k is cool but in EC you have of 1k pot...no 10k pot available i think. Correct me if I'm wrong.

Yeah-there's no manual to read before you jump in so, it's not uncommon to miss a few things when first starting out. I overlooked the same thing when I was new- and it's pretty crucial! I think you'll be a lot happier with EC once you know..

I did this so that the delay values are clearly visible in the circuit. I couldn't get a huge difference with 1k so it resort to this.

Can anyone please tell me how the lights are glowing when we shake the mobile. Thanks in advance.

Let me give you the exact explanation. When you shake your cell phone, your phone's accelerometer is tilted. The EC software installed in your cell phone has a daemon which actually polls this event to occur. When this event will occur, it sends an interrupt signal to the kernel of the cell phone which in turn execute another daemon which is responsible for all the phenomenon you see at emulator happening...this is the computer part....while talking about the electronics when you shake any circuit, the air molecule between the plates of capacitor changes and this in turn changes the capacitance which produces a charge in it. Later this acts as a battery and creates a LC tank circuit to produce oscillations but of very small rms value if current. Hope its clear now.

Lmao! WHAT?! You're a funny dude Sobo- I've come up with some pretty wild stuff to say but, I wouldn't have thought of that! Omg lol..

@yash123- don't listen to that, he just wanted to see how far you'll bite into a BS sandwich. Ok so actually, shaking your device is to introduce "noise" into the circuit. And what they mean by noise is all of the electromagnetic interference that's all around us, all the time in real life. With regards to electronics, this interference mostly comes from other "things" electrical- your alarm clock, the TV, all the wires in between the walls, all of that kinda stuff will affect a device such as an oscillator. Maybe this constant noise is difficult to simulate, I don't know- instead, a quick shake delivers a shot of the stuff to a circuit to kindof, jump start it. Make sense?..

How do you think the noise would occur into the circuit. What you told is actually true but how do you think that electromagnetic radiation and electromagnetic interference? Any interference actually caused by energy that has been produced. When you shake a real circuit it definitely produce EM interference but by transferring the energy from one place to the other. If you say that's wrong then you are violating the biggest truth in the world that ENERGY CANNOT BE CREATED BUT IT IS TRANSFERRED FROM ONE STATE TO OTHER. That's why I already told that I gave actual explanation. I urge you to refer some thesis papers on EM wave..or come to Harvard and I will explain to you in detail.

I have a tablet and I shake and hear nothing, but a daemon sends spikes and flashes of light across the screen. I think it is a message for another cheat o' blinkie to respond to from the examples screen.lol

If it's not working in the tablet then may there is something wrong with the EC integration. Or yes it can be possible that there is some other daemon that may be interfering..

Again, wow. That sandwich keeps getting bigger and tastier doesn't it? Harvard huh? You the janitor or something? When I go there you'll explain to me in detail the hydrodynamics of a flushing toilet and enlighten me to the subtle nuances of varied urinal cake fragrances?..

Don't talk like a stupid as if you are Einstein. If you have the guts in your ass then explain that how that EM interference occurs instead of just saying that it occurs. But you know what you won't do it. I don't blame you. For a over-possessive crass like you, everybody is wrong except you are. How can you even tell yourself a man of science when you violates the biggest laws of physics. Talking about that janitor in Harvard, well I am a masters student but you know most of the geniuses came in humankind were people so simple and modest. But try to respect a janitor too. He can be a janitor but looking at the level of reverence you have even being an educated person, i would say that janitor is better than you. He may not have knowledge but he is mellow. But if you still wanned to learn hydrodynamics then yes you can come....it can prove to even difficult subject for a tyro like you.

Moreover reply to my thread only when you have a valid scientific explanation of how EM variation occurs instead of saying that it just occurs....you need to learn then that its easy to criticise but difficult to empathize.
