NEON TUBES ARE THE TUBES THAT YOU SEE INNTHE BARS/PUB/etc this circuit can drive small tubes
(it seems also sort of self ballasted, I also think that the current will be 30 ma but (I am not sure) because the lamps here are homic they draw more currents than they should draw if the tubes are used)
