Nice work! Seems fine. I would not worry about "A" coming up. In reality if you used a BCD decoder like TI CD4511B, A-F would never show. It only shows here because the tool simulates a chip like TI 7447 which shows digits A-F.

Yeah, I had noticed that, in other simulators it does not shows A xd. For that reason, I can't put button of reset, because of the AND gate. Now my objetive is create it in real life, but for that, I have to use other simulators, but the other simulators has a lot of ICs...
