Oscillator for class *revised

This circuit is the clock to a 4 bit register circuit in class. We are making a slow 1 second oscillator so we can see and measure the changes visually, rather than having a (X)MHz clock that is too quick to see. I understand that the values for the capacitor and resistor were a bit off from the recommended

Capacitor to big and resistor much to small. Compare currents you measure with gate specification.
