Timer led time after off

This is a timer that stays on the certain amount of time after u switch it off! The time is determined by the capacitor.

Determined by the capacitor, and the base resistor of the first transistor. Which at 100k like you have it, is a pretty darn long timer! Bring it down to 10k and you have about 5 seconds- that's reasonable. It's a neat little circuit but it's not the most efficient, I like it tho..

Wow, seems the other users like it too! Good job @bench. Everyone should keep in mind though, that this circuit is pulling nearly 1/4 Watt when it's OFF! That's power through a transistor and draining from the source, and there's no light on...
