В схеме с общим коллектором разность напряжений между цепью коллектора и базы в основном определяется падением напряжения на переходе база эмитер и поэтому она применяется только для усиления тока

Not sure the point of this circuit. The only voltage measurement that matters is Vce. Your Vce is 9v, so it is neither a proper switch nor an amplifier.

Dear Beaker Thank you for your comment. As far as I am just the beginner couldn't you just drop me a little hint what wrong with a second Voltmeter ? Do you think it is not necessary, yes ?
