There's a bug in everycircuit. To run this, close the switch and start the sim, then open the switch and it will work.

Note that if you build this IRL, it will oscillate and not actually work well. Haven't debugged that part yet.

Just remove this pulse thing and it will work much better/less noisy. The pulsing doesn't help you anything http://everycircuit.com/circuit/5605336508792832

@hurz that works in the simulator but in reality the op-amp will not respond fast enough, and the output voltage over shoots the target voltage. The pulsing should accommodate this, but I haven't built it yet.
