Dual half wave bridge

The supply and transformer are unrealistic but the dual bridge will work at half the rated output of the transformer. Wit a slight modification this circuit can act as a  v+ - v- with center tap. If you can't find a center tap transformer in your stock around the house.

and because you run the diodes in your bridge rectifiers in parallel, which is a very bad idea, You should illiminated all not needed diodes and just need 4 diodes for the same result. But keep in mind, each rail is just pumped with current every 16.67ms which is 60Hz and not 120Hz which you have with a center tapped transformer.
