It is not. You have to connect the emitter of one transistor to the base of the other one. Both collectors are connected to the voltage source.

The power supply is not connected correctly, also have a look at your currents around the circuit, particularly the output of each transistor. Circuit configuration allowing it should be the gain times the base current. This circuit is closer to correct. http://everycircuit.com/circuit/5975648155992064

Keep on looking at the circuits to see how they work(there's a lot of lemons there also) the only way to advance is to read a few books and keep on experimenting.
